Having obtained Master Degrees in both Philosophy and Barrister Law, Lynn’s drive and business acumen is second to none. Fresh out of university, and with her parents being heavily involved in Munster Recruitment back home in Ireland, Lynn naturally found herself drawn towards the recruitment industry also.
Lynn joined a legal recruitment agency, focussing on tax law, where she quickly excelled to become the top biller within the business. With Lynn’s resilience, determination and precise approach to recruitment, she made the move to lead the team at the largest global legal and tax recruitment agency.
Working in London – Lynn not only had the opportunity to learn from the best, but she also had to survive and thrive in a ruthless, fast-paced and ever-changing market. Always up for a challenge, Lynn took any opportunity she could, and ran with it; becoming one of the UK’s top billers.
Seeing the opportunity and growth of the Digital and IT space in New Zealand, Lynn was soon headhunted to join the Digital recruitment team at SALT, in Auckland. In building the Digital offering into a successful and fully-flourished product, Lynn later joined the Australian conglomerate, Davidson, where she headed up the Digital and IT team.
With a deeper understanding of the APAC market and a vision to head up her own agency – Lynn made the decision to build her own recruitment offering, specialising in the Digital and IT space, and in 2017, Role Recruit was born.
In the 3.5 years since Role Recruit was established, hundreds of candidates have been placed in their dream jobs; providing our clients with hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of revenue. Working with some of New Zealand & Australia’s largest corporations, Lynn disrupted the recruitment market and became a industry expert.
