BNZ were building a Customer Experience team which was a new area of the business for them and they knew we had a specialty in the area.
The Head of Digital was looking for 4 people to join the business. They had been looking for a little while but not getting the right kind of candidates that they were after.
Again, we took an account management approach; taking a deep brief and understanding of the vision of the team and the Head of Digital. We went to market recruiting the Customer Experience Lead role and all of the designers beneath.
We kept very close communication with the client; keeping them updated with where we were at every stage of the process and presenting multiple options of candidates very effectively and in a timely manner.
We successfully managed to build their whole team and are now a preferred supplier of BNZ.
