Deloitte Digital are a global professional services network and one of the “Big Four” accounting organisations. They specialize in providing auditing and assurance, consulting, financial advisory, risk advisory, tax and related services.
Deloitte were launching a digital team here in New Zealand, and they wanted a digital specialist to help them fill their role.
Internally, there wasn’t a lot of experience recruiting digital roles in particular. When we took on the role, they were looking to take on a team of circa 8 people across the digital part of the business.
We delivered to more of an account management structure, where we took all the job briefs and committed to delivering on all of the roles over the course of an 8-week period. This meant that we were able to dedicate resource and it was very effective.
We made an arrangement that we would present all of the CVs to Deloitte each Friday – that meant we could review the CVs together, book interviews and make sure that we were accurately recruiting the roles for them.
As a result, we managed to place 6 out of 8 roles, and we have an ongoing relationship with this Deloitte.
